Subject:- District-wise list of Masters for fixation of their seniority for elevation as Incharge Headmasters and equivalent.

 

NOTIFICATION

 

Whereas this Directorate asked all the Chief Education Officers including Joint Director (Migrant Cell Jammu) to furnish list of Masters whose promotion date falls beyond 27/12/1999 for fixation of their seniority for elevation as Incharge Headmasters and equivalent vide this Office letter No. Estt-III/NG/A/12/1171-82 Dated 11/12/2009.

 

Whereas all the Chief Education Officers have furnished the requisite lists except District Leh, Kargil and Migrant Cell Jammu despite repeated reminders and verbal requests.

 

Whereas the Directorate has to drawn up the tentative seniority list of Masters beyond 27/12/1999 in accordance of their eligibility/seniority for elevation as Incharge Headmasters and equivalent thereof.

 

Now, therefore, the District-wise list of Masters is hereby notified for information of all the concerned and inviting objections, if any, which shall reach to the Chief Education Officers concerned within three days positively, failing which no such objection shall be entertained.

 

The list of Masters is being  displayed at the CEO’s Office and on the website of this Directorate on the following address:

www.dsek.nic.in

A list of (District-wise) Masters is enclosed for giving its wide publicity and inviting objections and thereafter the same may be furnished to this Office after verification with reference to original records and filling-up of blank columns of the list, enabling this Office to drawn up the tentative seniority list of the Masters for elevation as Incharge Headmasters and equivalent. The requisite information may be furnished within a weeks time positively without fail.
