Subject;- Tentative seniority list of Non Teaching employees Kashmir Division.

C I R C U L A R.

The tentative seniority list of Non-teaching employees of School Education Department Kashmir Division prepared on the basis of feedback received from the concerned CEO’s have been uploaded on the Directorate Web: site i.e ( www.dsek.nic.in ) for information of all concerned employees. Any variation, if detected be reported to the concerned CEO’s duly supported by the relevant documents within a period of 10 days positively. The CEO’s concerned will submit the duly authenticated revised list with hard and soft copy including of DIET’s to the Directorate within next two days, with the following explicit certificates.

Ø That the particulars recorded in the statement are correct as verified from the original records/ service book/ certificates.

Ø That none of the incumbent except those mentioned in the seniority list are under suspension or contemplated on any charge of any nature and that no investigation / inquiry is pending, and suspension period was decided/ yet to decide.

Ø That none of the listed officials belong to any other department other than the school Education department Kashmir.

Ø That all the officials mentioned in the list are in active service and no official is on long leave.

Ø That none of the officials otherwise eligible for inclusion in the list has been left out from the verified list.

Ø That none of the officials in the list has disputed eligibility/ fake appointment
